Camagüey, located about 550 kilometers from Havana, is part of the 7 first villages founded by the Spaniards in Cuba. Originally Villa de Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe named, Camagüey is now owner of full civil and religious buildings of major historic center National Monument.

Its two main attractions are Playa Santa Lucia and Camaguey. Excellent beaches, dive sites and fishing, and a city of unique splendor coexist in the same geographic area.

Located on the northern coast of the central-eastern portion of Cuba, Santa Lucia opens your horizons to the Canal Viejo de Bahamas. It is the main tourist destination in the province of Camaguey, it has an excellent beach 21 miles long. It features a well-preserved nature that provides habitat for large colonies of pink flamingos. The coral formations, located just 2 miles from the coast, a surprising biodiversity treasure that invites contemplation bellazas submerged.
